The Ecology and Conservation track focuses on ecosystem functioning and the sustainable management of natural resources. It addresses current environmental challenges such as ecosystem degradation, climate change, and biodiversity conservation. This track trains professionals capable of analyzing, planning, and implementing conservation strategies.

The Tropical Biodiversity track focuses on the study of biological diversity in tropical ecosystems, particularly those of Madagascar. It addresses fauna, flora, microorganisms, and their interactions, as well as issues related to the conservation and sustainable use of this exceptional biodiversity. The program combines theoretical courses, practical sessions, and fieldwork.
