The Life Sciences Program is an academic curriculum dedicated to the study of living organisms and their interactions with the environment. It encompasses fundamental disciplines such as cell and molecular biology, physiology, genetics, microbiology, botany, zoology, ecology, and biodiversity. This program aims to provide students with a strong scientific and methodological foundation essential for understanding biological processes, while integrating experimental, analytical, and statistical approaches relevant to life sciences.

Objectifs

The Life Sciences Program aims to:

Provide fundamental knowledge in biology at different levels of biological organization (cell, organism, ecosystem);
Develop practical skills in observation, experimentation, and biological data analysis;
Introduce students to the scientific method, critical thinking, and experimental rigor;
Prepare students for further studies at Master’s and PhD levels in biological and environmental sciences;
Train professionals capable of contributing to health, environment, agriculture, and biodiversity conservation.
